We are looking for a biodiversity expert to support local authorities and organizations in implementing resilient regional strategies.

🎯 Main tasks

Conducting regional ecological assessments

  1. Analyze the functional diversity and vulnerabilities of ecosystems

  2. Co-developing planting and climate adaptation strategies

  3. Leading workshops with communities and partners

  4. Write reports and strategic recommendations

👤 Desired profile

Master's or engineering degree in ecology, forestry, or environmental sciences

  1. 3+ years of experience in a design office or local authority

  2. Good understanding of climate and biodiversity issues

  3. Writing skills and ability to synthesize information

  4. Interpersonal skills

Montreal (hybrid possible)
