COP15 | Habitat co-hosts panel discussion on urban biodiversity conservation

As part of COP 15 in Montreal, Habitat is co-organizing with the David Suzuki Foundation the event Developing a Pan-Canadian approach to urban biodiversity and ecosystem service monitoring - learning from common opportunities and challenges across cities with the participation of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal and the City of Guelph at the Sub-national Governments and Cities Pavilion at Place du Québec.

This roundtable will bring together stakeholders from three different sectors - non-governmental, private and public - to discuss the importance of biodiversity conservation and data management in urban environments in the context of climate change in Canada.

The event will be held on December 17th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Palais des Congrès de Montréal, Place du Québec. Please note that a COP 15 accreditation is required to attend this event.
