Hugo (Ph.D.) is an ecologist by training and a generalist in practice. He has led projects in a dozen countries on biodiversity conservation, climate change and agriculture in tropical and northern socio-ecosystems. His systemic approach puts stakeholders' concerns at the heart of his work, combining social science methodologies with the quantitative analysis tools developed by Habitat.
