Hugo (Ph.D.) is an ecologist by training and a generalist in practice. He has led projects in a dozen countries on biodiversity conservation, climate change, and agriculture in tropical and northern socio-ecosystems. His systemic approach puts the concerns of stakeholders at the center by combining methodologies from the social sciences with quantitative analysis tools developed by Habitat.
