Ecosystem services
Habitat identifies the various ecosystem services (ES) provided by your natural environments, such as carbon storage, improved air quality or flood and heat island mitigation. Using dynamic modeling tools, we assess the supply of ecosystem services and estimate their monetary value. Our analysis tools also enable us to quantify the spatial distribution of ES across the territory.
Through scenario analysis, Habitat helps you to plan your territory in such a way as to protect the natural environments that provide numerous ecosystem services to the population.
